So you would be happy with 40 points and scraping survival season after season? That's your realism is it?

Re: BFS on Monday ('stern' words)
you lot defending the arrogant c*** of a manager must be Spurs fans in disguise happily watching this club sink lower and lower in expectations, quality and shit like this "But we haven't played well, I can only protect them to a certain degree" - its his fucking management at fault, his tactics, lack of motivation - HE IS TO BLAME FOR OUR PERFORMANCES NOT THE PLAYERS.

The board asked him to bore the arse off everyone? Was that one of his KPI's?

Of course they count! He has done exactly what was asked of him

Let's see how it goes?

So what has he been doing for the previous three seasons? Or do they not count now?

9 points in the last 42 from this chump running our football team. 3 out of 3 defeats at home this year. yet according to self confessed great manager on Football Focus everyone keeps telling him what a great job he is doing. I expect these people where Pikey fans. The chump needs to go now, end of story.

Well said Dapablo, it's nice to see some realists defending Sam. Let's see how it goes, the performance against palace shows that Sam knows how to get this team playing and I'm confident he can get the 40 points required.

Re: BFS on Monday ('stern' words)
I have merely said as a non season tkt holder it's not my business to go around demanding West Ham United sack the manager. That's not a defence of the manager.

Every football game is a discussion, we were good against Spurs and Palace, we were inaffective against Sheffield and we were rubbish against Southampton.

The first two games showed the way we intend to play, i.e less direct I'm quite content to see how it plays out.

Dapablo

How many attempts on goal did we have 2nd half on Sat ?

How many tunes did Joey OHoof hit a long ball ?

How many times did RVT and Noble lose possession ?

How fucking embarrassing was the defending for their goals ?

Yet you still defend this muppet ?

Re: BFS on Monday ('stern' words)
It's amazing that there's still people saying give him time and using the excuse that he's only just been told to play attacking football.

Are they seriously suggesting thst the 13th highest paid manager in world football needs time to play decent football like it's a radical new idea no one else has ever done before?

Doesn't that suggest that Sam isn't capable of performing?

How do these people justify us losing to spurs and Southampton then who both had new managers and therefore new systems too?

And finally the excuse with Sam had been that his methods aren't pretty but get results. But we've lost 14 games in 2014 and we lose more than we win.

BFS's golden period back in Feb/March saved his bacon otherwise he would have definitely had to update his CV with one relegation

We played ok at times, against TEN MEN from early on, why do you ignore that point? We had a penalty, but apart from that, one header and a chance in the final moments when the game was stretched.

Are you agreeing that it was a huge, huge performance?

And why do you think he is going to change the habit of a lifetime, when every single bit of evidence, including the first 3 home games of this season, suggest otherwise?

We were shit against Spurs and deservedly lost.

What did we create? 2 chances all game from open play?

The performance stunk against a team that were there for the taking.

Re: BFS on Monday ('stern' words)
We played well against Spurs and should of won, yes lots of people think so not just the manager, sorry.

He has the players to play better attacking football it's his job to get them doing so, we'll see what happens I certainly won't pre judge how this will work out.

Re: BFS on Monday ('stern' words)
In my heartt of hearts I want to think that he will change, but I know damn well that with all of these new players coming in that he will still go for the usual suspects on Vaz Te, Noble and Nolan.

Whilst he does that we have no chance of moving on.
